Who we are

SecurelyIntegrated.AI is the artificial intelligence practice of Coast2Coast MSP, headquartered in Tampa Bay, Florida. In this notice, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coast2Coast MSP and its SecurelyIntegrated.AI practice.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form or email us, we collect your name, company, work email address, phone number where provided, and whatever you write in the message field.
Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of request, for security and reliability purposes.
Information from an engagement. If you become a client, the information we handle is governed by our services agreement rather than this website notice.

What we don't collect

This site does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party marketing trackers. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Please do not include confidential, regulated, or personally sensitive information in a website form — use the phone number above instead.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers acting on our behalf — website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management — each bound to handle it only for the purpose we specify. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are retained for the term of the engagement plus the period required by our legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

How we protect it

The site is served over TLS. Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged. No system is perfectly secure, but these are the same controls we would recommend to a client.

Your choices

You may ask us to provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You can opt out of follow-up contact at any time by replying to any message from us and saying so. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Florida, may have additional rights; we honour those requests regardless of where you live.

AI and your information

We do not feed website enquiry data into public AI tools, and we do not permit vendors to use it to train their models. Where we use AI internally, it is on enterprise tiers configured to exclude our data from training — the same standard we apply for clients.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
